I take a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy. Each person's experience is unique and requires tailored interventions to help them reach their goals. I draw on evidence-based strategies including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, stress management, and life transitions. I am experienced in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and have a special interest in providing culturally competent therapy. I strive to provide an accepting and safe environment to help you reach your goals.
My approach
My primary approach is CBT, which focuses on identifying maladaptive thoughts and behaviors, then helping you modify them with more constructive alternatives. I use DBT to emphasize mindfulness techniques and develop healthy coping skills. ACT encourages you to accept and work with your thoughts and feelings rather than fight against them.
