I am open and friendly. I often use humor and metaphors to help reduce tension and create understanding. My goal is to make therapy engaging and, dare I say, enjoyable.

My journey to mental healthcare

My curiosity brought me to the world of therapy. I want to know and discover, I want to participate and learn, and there is nothing more exhilarating than walking with another as they discover themselves.

My goals for you

I want to get to know my clients and help them establish reasonable steps and smaller milestone goals that will ultimately lead them to where they want to be; it is important to me to celebrate and create a pattern of success with each client.

Our first session

Getting to know one another to make sure we are a good fit. I will ask a lot of questions and be more directive during the first session. I want to make sure they feel comfortable with me as a person and as a therapist.
