I prioritize maintaining a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can traverse through many life challenges together—building a better sense of hope, understanding, self-reliance, and resiliency.
My approach
I utilize an eclectic array of treatment styles from a client-centered approach, strength-based, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, family systems, cognitive behavioral, and various attachment styles. My clients appreciate the authentic, trusting relationship we build together, and say that my ability to adjust to their needs and adapt my methods creates a positive experience leading to immense growth.

I am willing to see individuals and couples. My specialties include addiction, aging, anger management, anxiety, bipolar disorder, career counseling, chronic pain, codependency, coping skills, cultural stress, depression, divorce, dual diagnosis, family conflict, grief, job stress, life transitions, marital/pre-marital issues, parenting, relationship issues, self-esteem, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicidal ideation, trauma and PTSD, and women's issues.

My journey to mental healthcare
I obtained my clinical hours for licensure at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services in Los Angeles, CA from July 2007 to September 2010. This experience solidified my passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and build resilience.
