I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify the negative core beliefs and automatic thoughts that lead to feeling sad, lonely, irritable, anxious, and overwhelmed. We'll develop healthy coping skills and change those distorted thoughts so you feel an improvement in your emotional well-being.
