I have experience with persons who suffer from addiction, anger, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, career counseling, depression, and racial trauma.

My approach

My theoretical approaches include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Rational-Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.

My communication style

I am an empathetic listener who acknowledges all clients' needs to be heard. Clients who work with me can expect someone who listens and provides a perspective they may not have otherwise considered.

My journey to mental healthcare

Through therapy, I learned how to manage depression, anger, and anxiety and overcome low self-esteem. Through my practice, I find it rewarding to help clients do the same.

During each session, I review with clients the progress they may have made, areas they are still struggling with, and explore which areas they would like to improve going forward.
