My journey to mental healthcare

I began as an addiction specialist and noticed how family backgrounds shape recovery. This inspired me to study marriage and family therapy, deepening my understanding of family dynamics, generational influences, and cultural factors in healing. I'm passionate about applying this knowledge to empower clients.
