I utilize a Psychodynamic approach and a mix of Art Therapy, Attachment-based, Coaching, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Culturally Sensitive, Family Systems, Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Strength-Based, Client-Centered Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Child/Parent Psychotherapy.
