I work with individuals navigating the difficulties of depression, anxiety, relational/family conflict, trauma, grief, cultural traditions, life transitions, self-esteem, work/school stressors, and stress management.

Therapy has been a vital part of my own healing. I'd like to help you experience the recovery process as well. We can cultivate self-worth, self-compassion, and self-awareness so you may progress down a luminous path.
