Improving relationships and managing stressors in daily life is important. My practice focuses on supporting improved coping skills and strategies to achieve positive outcomes. My practice is trauma-informed and focuses on increasing coping strategies to reduce symptoms and increase quality of life.

I work with individuals, couples, and families. Working with clients or their loved ones experiencing trauma-related issues or grief and loss is one of the areas my practice typically addresses. I am also comfortable working with addiction, anxiety, depression, and sexual trauma.
My approach
I believe balance and connectivity lead to overall emotional and mental health. In my practice, I support you and your loved ones to achieve this using therapeutic techniques such as Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, and other interventions appropriate for each client.
