I try to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for my clients. I want my clients to feel safe, relaxed, and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

I call myself 'The Accidental Therapist' because I came to this work later in life. I truly believe in therapy because it has helped me so much on my own journey of self-discovery. I love witnessing the process as people rediscover hope and make changes for a healthier, happier life.

My goals for you

Goal-setting with clients is a collaborative process in which the client takes the lead to ensure their needs are given top priority.

Our first session

When clients meet with me for the first time, they should expect to feel comfortable and safe. I will ask clients to share a bit about themselves, why they are seeking therapy at this time, and what they hope to gain from therapy. They will also learn that sometimes the therapeutic process can feel hard!
