My communication style

I have an open mind and am easy to talk to. I am non-judgmental and treat everyone with respect. At times, I do challenge clients to help bring out the best in them and to encourage them to view themselves or the situation differently.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for becoming a therapist began in high school when I was the go-to person for friends and families faced with difficult issues. I wanted to help everyone by listening to them or by helping them find solutions to their problems.

My goals for you

Goals are discussed with the client, taking the lead on what they would like to achieve.

Our first session

Clients should expect a safe and non-judgmental environment. Clients should expect to discuss their concerns and create goals to work towards completing. Clients should expect to create a positive therapeutic relationship.
