As a Licensed therapist, I bring both professional psychological training and valuable life experience into each therapy session. I understand that solutions discovered in therapy must be practical and effective in the real world to create lasting change.
My approach
My approach to therapy combines hard work, consistency, and sensible strategies. I believe that our outward problems and behaviors are expressions of what is broken inside us spiritually, emotionally, or physically. By repairing our inner selves, we can make the necessary adjustments to resolve external issues and render problem behaviors unnecessary.
My focus
I work with couples, individuals, minors (ages 13-17), and families. My specialties include aging, autism/Asperger's, behavioral issues, divorce, grief, infidelity, life coaching, men's issues, relationships, sexual addiction, spirituality, and marital/pre-marital counseling.

My journey to mental healthcare
My journey to mental healthcare was shaped by my Master of Science degree in psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills. This formal education, combined with my own life experiences, instilled in me a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth.
