Hi there, I'm Yuri!

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I provide therapy to diverse individuals with consideration of cultural and individual diversity. I create a safe, supportive environment where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. Whenever you're ready, I'd be happy to help you grow and flourish in your life.

My focus

I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity development, self-esteem, and body image concerns. I very much enjoy working with internationals, immigrants, Asian Americans, and women of color. I offer therapy in both English and Korean.

My approach

I use an integrative approach combining Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy within a multicultural framework. This helps you understand your thoughts, feelings, values, and behavioral patterns, develop coping strategies for life stressors, and engage in actions aligned with your values.
