My approach varies based on your unique needs. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy because they're collaborative, goal-oriented, and promote self-awareness. I tailor treatment to fit you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy after witnessing mental health's impact on my peers and family. I learned early how important it is to address social and emotional well-being throughout life transitions. I enjoy helping others become their best selves.
