I work with people struggling with anxiety, stress, or parenting challenges. Whether you are working through relationship issues, past trauma, or personal growth, I will support you through curiosity and reflection to determine how to best meet your needs.

My approach

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respecting your story. I utilize client-centered, relational-based, and strength-based methods. I work with trauma survivors, parents, and children using play and attachment-based approaches. Whichever approach I use, we will work together to see what works best for you.

My communication style

I approach each client with respect, compassion, and transparency. I practice reflective listening and will support you on your self-discovery journey. I value open communication and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for personal growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always enjoyed working with young children and their parents and seeing their relationships flourish. This work reminds me how earlier experiences shape how we see the world and relate to loved ones. As a bilingual and bicultural woman, I bring a deep understanding of culture and language to every interaction.

Our first session

Our first session will focus on getting to know each other and answering any questions you have about therapy. After discussing confidentiality, I will ask what brings you to therapy and what you would like to get out of our time together. Therapy is a process that takes time, and I will be there to walk through it with you.
