My name is Elda Mandi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Therapist. My license number is 81612. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California, Suzanne Dworak-Peck, School of Social Work in 2013. I have been practicing for 12 years.
My approach
I am a strength-based, solution-focused, culturally aware therapist. I focus on the "here and now" by utilizing a mixture of frameworks including Positive Psychology, CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and more.
My focus
I work with adults and elderly individuals who experience anxiety, grief, career burnout, relationship and intergenerational conflicts.
My communication style
My clients tell me that I am an active listener, observant, non-judgmental, and a trustworthy therapist. My approaches reflect warmth, acceptance, and empathy.
My journey to mental healthcare
I work to see people thrive and live up to their potential. Everyone has a gift! I'm here to explore and identify the strengths that one has, and help build on those strengths to conquer life challenges.
My goals for you
I can help you find your strengths and use them to challenge negative beliefs that trigger anxiety, frustration, negative self-views, and lack of motivation. My goal is to help you discover your potential and live life to the fullest.
My first session with you
If you are looking for someone who sets the therapy agenda with you, you most probably have found a match.
