Everyone's brain works a little differently. Some are more anxious, struggle with intrusive thoughts, or even have a hard time prioritizing what to focus on first. I collaborate with clients to find the coping skills, tools, and outcomes that work best for their brain and life.
My approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and direct. I often use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to assist clients with recognizing patterns of negative thoughts and behaviors. Then collaborate to identify positive skills and tools that can help them feel more in control of their life and choices.
