I provide a supportive environment to help adults and couples face issues of personal, psychological, and spiritual growth as well as find practical ways to improve their lives. You will find me knowledgeable, caring and warm. I have a sense of humor.

I believe we all have the potential to feel joy in our lives. Sometimes we need to learn new tools and discover important things about ourselves that help us to live our lives to the fullest.

My goals for you

I ask clients to set a goal for our therapy. I ask clients to do some homework between sessions in order to optimize the work we do.

Our first session

I will ask you why you are coming to therapy and what your goals are for the time we spend together. I will ask you about your support systems, relationships, and what coping mechanisms have worked for you.
