Many parents find themselves overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally reactive, or carrying the weight of childhood experiences they thought they had left behind. I help new and seasoned parents heal old wounds, understand the patterns shaping their lives today, and create healthier relationships with themselves and the people they love most.
My focus
As a clinician certified in Perinatal Mental Health, I specialize in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, birth trauma, and the many emotional challenges that can arise during the transition to parenthood. I also work with "people pleasers" and high achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism.
My approach
I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing that many of our thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns developed as ways to adapt and survive difficult experiences. I integrate mindfulness and nervous system regulation, EMDR, ACT, and CBT to help clients build resilience and process traumatic experiences.
