My communication style is open, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and know they are being heard. I also believe that meaningful growth requires honesty and accountability. I provide clear, direct, and constructive feedback in a respectful manner.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep understanding that life can be challenging and that the stress we experience is an inevitable part of being human. While we cannot eliminate life's difficulties, I believe we can learn healthier ways to cope with them, build resilience, and find meaning through the process.

I believe that meaningful change happens through collaboration, encouragement, and consistent support. Together, we will identify your goals, explore the challenges that may be getting in the way, and develop practical, personalized strategies to help you move forward with confidence.

Our first session

My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. Providing a judgment-free environment, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. I will focus on building rapport, understanding the client's concerns, and creating a foundation for treatment by asking various open-ended questions to gain understanding of needs.
