My journey to mental healthcare

My path to therapy grew from a deep belief that people deserve to feel seen, safe, and supported. I specialize in maternal mental health because helping women and families through big life transitions is meaningful, purpose-driven work for me.

My goals for you

I help clients set goals that reflect their values and current capacity. We create clear, achievable steps and check in regularly to ensure the goals stay supportive, flexible, and aligned with their growth.

A first session with me is relaxed and collaborative. We talk about what’s been going on, what you hope to work on, and what support looks like for you. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, informed, and heard from the start.
