Sing Quan

Hi, I am Sing Quan. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker who is excited about working with clients in their journey of Life.

My approach

My approach to providing therapy is to meet the client where they are at. The theoretical approaches I use are Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic Therapy. I am always open to trying new approaches when it fits the client's need.

My focus

I have worked with mainly working-age adults and older adults. Anxiety and depression are the two most common conditions that I treat.

My communication style

I like to create an environment where the client and I are both relaxed. There are enough stressors in our day-to-day lives, I want therapy to be the one place where the clients are relaxed and can refocus on themselves and the work.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started going through my own journey in therapy at a young age and again when I got married. The work that me and my therapist have done has greatly impacted my life and the possibility that I can provide the same long-lasting impact on a client's life keeps my doing this work.

My goals for you

Again, I got back to meeting the client where they are at. The goal always begins and ends with the client. That doesn't mean I would be a passive observer, there will be times when I will demand the client to put in the work.
