My path to becoming a therapist began with a genuine interest in people's stories and a passion for helping others navigate life's challenges. I believe in the power of connection, empathy, and the right support to create meaningful change.

My goals for you

I believe therapy is a partnership. I'll help you identify what matters most and give you tools and support to get there. My approach is about meeting you where you are and guiding you toward where you want to be, whether that's improving relationships, building self-esteem, or another personal objective.

Our first session

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. It's completely normal to feel nervous. We'll take it one step at a time, and I'm here to guide you through each step of the process.
