My communication style

I create a safe and healing space for you to explore, identify, and utilize your internal and external resources to restore yourselves mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am also a certified healthcare interpreter. I can effectively communicate with you in English, Cantonese or Mandarin.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to mental healthcare began in 1998, when I started gaining clinical experience at various organizations including White House Counseling Center, Chinatown Public Health Center, the Institute of Health & Healing, and Asian Community Mental Health Services.

My goals for you

My goal is to support you in restoring your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being by leveraging your inner strengths and external support systems. I aim to empower you to navigate life's challenges and transitions, ultimately helping you lead a more fulfilling life.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I'll create a safe, welcoming space where you can share your story at your own pace. Together, we'll begin exploring your strengths and the support systems available to you.
