I'm a contemporary licensed psychologist. My job is to help you discover ways of living that will give you more choices in how you want to be towards yourself and relations with others. I view the world through a person-centered lens.

I am adept at providing counseling to adults, older adults, individuals who have experienced trauma, issues related to gender identity, as well as issues related to the human experience in life.

My approach

I have been trained in mental health issues in varying degrees: psychological disorders, substance abuse, couples counseling, CBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness.

I utilize a non-judgmental, empathic, and positive regard approach for individuals. My approach is therapeutic, warm, and forthright.
