Welcome and bienvenidos, Spanish-speaking Latina and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion is to work with individuals and couples to improve the relationships in their lives and their quality of life. I strive to create a safe, caring environment where people can break free from unhealthy relationship patterns.
My focus
Currently, I have been focusing my practice on working with young-middle-aged adults who are struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar, I also have extensive experience in treating clients who have experienced trauma, sexual assault, intimate partner violence, parental/family conflicts, and romantic relationship conflicts.
My approach
I hold a strong belief that early childhood experiences play a significant role in our beliefs, values, and how we relate to others as children and as adults in our relationships. I strive to provide a supportive and compassionate environment to facilitate the exploration of early childhood experiences and help clients, which allow growth.
