Empowerment, safety, and wholeheartedness drive my work. I use a holistic approach to focus on individual strengths and needs. I help clients change stuck patterns and feel empowered, as well as teach skills for managing mental health symptoms and overwhelming life experiences.

I work with adults managing anxiety, life transitions, and those seeking support in the perinatal period. Whether you're building coping skills or adjusting to a major change, I'll work with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable.

My approach

I integrate techniques from ACT and CBT to create a personalized treatment plan. I help identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, and use mindfulness, acceptance, and values exploration. This approach is hands-on and gives you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors.

My communication style

I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences. If we're working through something challenging, you can expect me to be grounded and present.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist began with working with children and survivors of domestic violence, where I became passionate about helping others develop resilience. After becoming a mother myself, I developed a particular passion for supporting perinatal and postpartum women.
