VERIFIED CLIENT TESTIMONIAL

Hi there, I'm Cara!

I've been working in the field for over 10 years and enjoy working with clients of all ages who struggle with anxiety, anger, depression, and self-esteem issues. Whether this affects your personal life and self-image and/or your family, I have experience and enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and groups from 12 years old and up.

My focus

My clients typically find themselves stuck in patterns of anxiety, anger, or depression due to habits rooted in perfectionism, people-pleasing, and intellectualizing their emotions.

My approach

I use positive CBT in my sessions and pull from person-centered techniques to ensure that you are heard and seen in the session. From there, we explore your symptoms, hurts, and traumas, and chart the way to your healing and transformation.
