My clients typically find themselves stuck in patterns of anxiety, anger, or depression due to habits rooted in perfectionism, people-pleasing, and intellectualizing their emotions. They know they want to change and have worked hard to do so, but still feel stuck and need that extra push and support in therapy.
My approach
I use positive CBT and person-centered techniques to ensure you are heard and seen. From there, we explore your symptoms, hurts, and traumas, and chart the way to your healing and transformation. I use humor in sessions and always encourage your feedback, because you are the expert on you.
