I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, bi-polar disorders, PTSD, and those recovering from crisis or traumatic events. I welcome all individuals regardless of background, sexual orientation, or religious belief.

My approach

I use an integrative approach tailored to your needs. I draw from Humanistic and Client-Centered Counseling to create an empathetic, non-judgmental space; Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy to manage how thoughts and feelings influence behavior; and Mindfulness-Based techniques to develop skills for managing emotional stressors.

My communication style

I create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and kind rather than sterile or clinical. I often use humor and relatability to build a non-judgmental, accepting, and empathetic relationship with clients.

I approach goal setting as client-led. Goals and needs often change once recovery and healing start. I follow the client's lead while providing guidance and insight when needed to assist the client in identifying and navigating their needs and goals.
