I earned my MSW from California State University, San Bernardino, and for the past 9 years have helped individuals navigate grief, anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. My work helps clients reframe their experiences, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and purpose

My focus

I enjoy working with diverse cliental who are ready to reconnect with a sense of joy and happiness in their lives. Clients I support have dedicated time caring for others and have lost touch with their own needs. Through therapy, they begin to recognize that their own happiness, healing, and emotional well-being are possible and worth prioritizing.

I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, truly heard, and supported. From there, we can gently explore the deeper roots of what you’re facing and work together to create a path forward that supports your healing and growth.

My communication style

I value clear, open, and direct communication and strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Through active listening, I help you reflect on your experiences while feeling heard and understood. As we work through difficult experiences, I remain calm, patient, and empathetic.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this field by a desire to support people through difficult and vulnerable times, and to help them feel heard, understood, and empowered. I have supported individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. One of the most meaningful parts of this work is seeing clients build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

Goal setting is a collaborative process. Together, we identify what matters most to you and create meaningful, realistic goals that reflect your needs and priorities. Goals may change over time, and I support that process by checking in, recognizing progress, and adjusting our focus as needed.

Our first session

During our first session, we will discuss the concerns that brought you to therapy and briefly review relevant aspects of your personal history that may inform your current experience. We will also identify the goals you would like to address through the therapeutic process.
