Grounded in trauma-informed care, I use positive parenting and evidence-based, culturally responsive practices to build resilience. My journey to mental healthcare

My path towards becoming a clinician came with fears, accomplishments, and at times, imposter syndrome. My resilience led me to become a clinician of color to be present for underserved communities. My ability to provide clinical spaces as a Spanish-speaking clinician has continued to motivate my practice.
