My focus
Individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the effects of past trauma feel overwhelmed and stuck in unhealthy patterns. I will work collaboratively to identify what the challenge is, identify the root cause, and tailor an approach which will set the pace of treatment to reach their treatment goals.
My approach
I use a structured evidence-based therapeutic approach called Cognitive Behavior Therapy and add other therapeutic approaches, as needed, which focuses on thoughts, emotions, and behavior, which will help you to identify unhelpful thinking patterns, evaluate their accuracy, and replace them with more balanced and realistic thoughts.
