My communication style

My biggest focus is creating a space where you feel you can share anything, and where you can trust that no matter what it is, you will be met with care and understanding. I am cool, calm, and collected - nothing you say will scare me, shake me, or turn me away! There is always a way for us to work through it.

My journey to mental healthcare

Since I was little, I've been drawn to building solid relationships, working through challenges, and celebrating wins with others. I have been the most lucky to work with, learn from, and be a part of the journey for so many amazing kids, people, and families along the way. The growth, healing, and joy that I've seen in them keeps me going.

We're a team - you choose what we talk about, focus on, and work towards in our time together, and that can change at any time.
