Hi there, I'm Bridget!

Greetings! It is natural for all of us to feel stressed, overwhelmed, angry, and alone at times, as life is not always easy. It is my passion to support clients in using varying clinical tools in order to gain valuable insights, healing, and empowerment. My therapeutic style is holistic, restorative, uplifting, and strength-based.

My focus

I am currently taking adults aged 25 and up who are experiencing mild to moderate levels of depression and anxiety, trauma/PTSD. I am also passionate about helping clients who are navigating grief/loss, professional burnout, major life transitions, or just need a safe space to process/get support. I am also open to clients experiencing DV/IPV.

My approach

I utilize varying therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), etc., in order to collaboratively reach your clinical goals and put you on a path towards healing, restoration, centeredness, and improved mood regulation.
