I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT/93431). I am bilingual and bicultural with over 15 years of clinical experience. I utilize my cultural sensitivity to understand my clients' struggles.

I use a variety of evidence-based practices to equip you with the skills needed to take on life's challenges. At the same time, I will empower you and help you gain insight into the resources you already have. I incorporate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy, among others.

My journey to mental healthcare
I earned my Master of Arts (MA) degree from Southern California Seminary in El Cajon, CA between September 2005 and June 2008.
