My journey as a provider began with a deep desire to support individuals in challenging times, but my practice evolved into an authentic process of helping them unearth their own healing capabilities in order for them to live their most authentic lives.

I see therapy as an opportunity for self-exploration and thinking outside the social norm box. Using your style of learning and helping you interpret your intuitive thoughts and emotions, which align with your authentic self.

Our first session

Your first session will be establishing a sense of comfort and grounding. Getting to know your life experience and connecting to your energy. We will explore childhood, current life experiences, and what you would like to focus on in your healing.
