Hi there, I'm Sarah!

I am so proud of you for taking the first step on your healing journey. Creating a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported is extremely important to me. I would love the opportunity to assist you in learning tools to find relief and peace.

My focus

One of the things that I love about being a therapist is being able to work with people from various cultures and backgrounds, facing a multitude of issues. I often work with clients who are struggling with depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and phase of life issues. Together, we can find solutions to whatever challenges and issues you face.

My approach

My approach to therapy is Client-Centered, while ensuring that I also incorporate additional modalities that fit my clients’ unique and individual needs. Throughout the years, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and a Narrative approach have been cornerstones of my practice. We will collaborate to find the style that best suits you.
