I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, and relationship challenges. As a proud daughter of immigrants, I create a culturally responsive space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself.

My focus

I support women navigating postpartum, motherhood, and the journey of finding themselves, especially after unhealthy relationships. I also work with teens facing life transitions and body image concerns, as well as individuals managing daily stressors, anxiety, or depression who are seeking clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

My approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. I integrate mindfulness, cognitive strategies, relational, and inner child work to help you understand patterns, build coping tools, and heal underlying wounds. Therapy with me is a space to process deeply while learning practical, easy-to-use skills you can apply in daily life.

I’m calm, warm, and authentic in session. I believe therapy should feel human; we can hold deep emotions while also allowing space for lightness and laughter. I communicate with compassion, clarity, and honesty to help you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
