I work with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I am skilled in treating conditions such as anxiety disorder, depression, PTSD, and stress-related disorders. I also work with young children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate key life transitions and developmental milestones.

My approach

My approach to therapy is integrative, combining evidence-based methods to tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors and incorporate mindfulness techniques to enhance self-awareness, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.

My communication style

I strive to create a supportive, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment. Through a collaborative approach, I build trust and open communication so clients feel safe exploring challenges and working toward goals. I also believe a sense of humor helps foster connection and healing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to therapy by a deep interest in human behavior and a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges, particularly those shaped by trauma. My early work with children affected by trauma inspired me to support their healing and families, fostering resilience and growth into adulthood.
