I work with adults 18 and over experiencing mood and anxiety-related disorders, depression, grief, and stress management challenges.

My approach

I use an eclectic approach tailored to your specific needs. I believe talk therapy should be supplemented with out-of-session tasks to maximize progress and growth. These may include suggestive readings, journaling, and thought records.

My communication style

I provide a warm, safe, and open environment where no topic is off-limits. I'm easy to communicate with and won't hesitate to offer feedback.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a youngster, I had a strong curiosity about human behavior and wondered why people approach life in different ways. When I began working directly with people in the community, I noticed a strong feeling of joy and gratification when I helped them through something. This feeling continues to carry me through my career.
