I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in emergency medical services, hospital emergency departments, and health care for the homeless. I am a United States Coast Guard veteran located in California. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in social work, and a master's degree in public administration.

My approach

I believe in solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, harm reduction, and cognitive behavioral therapy to improve quality of life and achieve goals. In therapy, I emphasize healthy habit development, consistent focus on goals, and accountability.
