Many clients come during times of transition or when feeling stuck, whether it's unresolved trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, or attention difficulties. My focus is providing a supportive space where you feel free to share whatever you need.
My approach
My approach combines listening carefully to your individual needs and applying skills and strategies that fit. I use evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to help individuals manage challenges, and I draw on the Gottman Method when working with couples to strengthen communication and connection.
