I believe my experience sharing time with clients provides a safe, stable environment for personal growth. My knowledge of psychotherapy, communication, and strength through mindful awareness has expanded based on direct observation of what creates a therapeutic alliance with a range of individuals.
My focus
Anyone at any time can experience challenges managing their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. To me, therapy is an open-ended conversation to highlight and promote strengths, and to adapt additional skills to address whatever challenges are present. Practicing attention to self-judgment and story narratives is equally emphasized.
