I work with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or adjustment to life changes. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, we'll work together so you can build a foundation to move toward wellness.
My focus
I work with people managing adjustment to life changes, depression, substance abuse, panic, and anxiety. Trauma is common, and often people build coping skills and self-awareness before moving into trauma-focused work. I also work with adult children of aging parents around changes in health, living conditions, and end-of-life decisions.
My approach
My approach is holistic, treating body and mind. Building self-compassion and awareness leads to changes in emotion regulation, new behaviors, and new thoughts. I weave in behavior activation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other approaches based on your needs so we can work toward wellness.
