Hi there, I'm Leslie!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. As you can see from my silver hair, I've been doing this for a while! I'm excited about the possibility of joining you on your journey to better mental and emotional health. I'm pretty eclectic in my approach to therapy and prefer to utilize an individual approach to each client.

My focus

I typically work with adults and include both men and women in my repertoire. I would describe the bulk of my professional experience as that of working with the seriously mentally ill, specializing in Bipolar Disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Depression, and Anxiety.

My approach

Utilizing an eclectic approach means that, while I am familiar with several therapeutic modalities, such as CBT and DBT, I'm most comfortable with adopting and adapting my approach to the client's needs. I've been trained to view clients as complex "systems" with many influences, such as family, friends, work, church, social, etc.
