My approach to therapy is meeting my client where they are and moving them to where they want to be. My areas of focus are psychosis, depression, anxiety, mania, anger management, and trauma.

My communication style depends on my client's needs, but overall, my goal is to have a reciprocal conversation, which provides support and validation.

My journey to mental healthcare

Since high school, I have been fascinated with the field of Psychology. I was always the friend whom people came to help them resolve their problems. As a result, I decided to become a Psychologist.
