Hi there, I'm Sonya!

Hello, grateful to have crossed paths- I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I am bilingual; one of my greatest passions is working with the Spanish-speaking community. I pride myself on being culturally sensitive and person-centered and utilize a variety of treatment modalities.

My focus

I serve adults and specialize in mood disorders, personality disorders, grief, and life adjustments including prenatal and postpartum concerns, infertility, parenting, employment shifts, changes in family dynamics, infidelity, and divorce.

My approach

The foundation of my approach is established by assessing each individual's strengths and allowing the individual to determine their readiness to process vulnerable issues. I utilize a variety of different treatment modalities to support you throughout treatment, including grounding techniques, guided imagery, CBT, DBT, and many more.
