I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, spirituality, and life transitions.

I have more experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, infidelity, life transitions, peer and relationship issues, and spirituality. I enjoy working with everyone who is ready to focus on themselves.

My approach

My approach to therapy varies based on your needs and the goals you aim to achieve. I tend to pull from different theoretical approaches to provide the ultimate support so that you can make and see your own progress. I am patient, and will meet you where you are at emotionally and mentally, but will also gently challenge you should it be needed.

My communication style

I am warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental, and I offer a safe environment for you to freely and openly talk about the stressors that brought you into therapy. I will challenge you when you feel stuck, but I will also check in frequently to assess your comfort level. We will be a Team, working together to achieve your goals.

I am passionate about helping others, and I understand how challenging it can be not to have someone to talk to about your true emotions. I like supporting others to become the best version of themselves.

We will work collaboratively to identify and set clear and attainable goals that address your present challenges, and we will regularly review your goals to assess your treatment progress.

Our first session

At our first session, I will ask you various questions to get to know you and understand a little more about your current situation and life stressors that are preventing you from living your best life. Just as I will ask you questions, I will also be doing a lot of listening.
