My name is Carmen Liera and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California who has been practicing since 2012. My passion is working with the Latinx community and first-timers in therapy. However, I welcome clients of all backgrounds, cultures, and races.

I use various modalities and will tailor my approach to your individual needs. My experience comes from multiple schools of thought including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practice, Trauma-focused CBT, and solution-focused treatment.
